Dennis is very energetic and inspires others to work towards a common goal. He has taught me to really use metrics to define the way you work and consistently measure for success. He makes sure he understands what motivates people and how people like to work while understanding what external influences may be at play. He is a man of honor and great integrity. I helped bring Dennis into a company at approximately the same time we were experiencing the challenges of modernizing our systems and managing complex data in the face of explosive growth. I came to learn that Dennis was an executive who was ready and willing to offer essential and crucial analysis to the company's information systems (IS) and our overall strategy implementation.
